Resume Section

Only leads can review resumes. See Lead section below.

Notice the resume section includes the scoring rubric, the applicant response, and a dropdown.

Note the default dropdown selection is "Select an option." You must change this in order to submit a score.

Note the default value for the slider is "Not selected," not zero. You must move the slider forwards and back to zero if you are trying to score zero.

Lead

Reviewers with the Lead role have elevated reviewing privileges.

Leads can submit scores in two ways:

• Scoring all fields normally

• Scoring a resume ONLY

If a lead scores the resume, that score will apply globally.

i.e. A lead's resume score is the resume score for everyone.

Non-leads will be unable to change the resume score once a lead has scored a resume

There are 2 flows:

1. Lead scores all fields

   1. Total score is added to history like normal ("idai scored this app on 10/13/2025")

   2. Resume score is updated globally

   3. Non-leads cannot change the resume score

2. Lead scores a resume ONLY

   1. No score is added to history, meaning no full review has been submitted

   2. Resume score is updated globally

   3. Non-leads cannot change the resume score

Non-lead

Reviewers with the Hacker Reviewer role have normal reviewing privileges.

Non-leads must score all fields in order to submit a review.

Non-leads cannot score a resume after a Lead has scored it.
